Dr. Verock Ky has her roots in the Central Valley settling in Stockton after arriving from Cambodia as a young girl with her parents and 5 siblings. As an immigrant with hard working and industrious parents, Verock learned early on that she could achieve whatever goals she set her sight on. America truly meant the “land of opportunity” to her family whether it would be as a business owner or obtaining a higher education. It turned out that all 6 siblings would complete high education degrees and 5 are now doctors. Verock and two of her siblings are successful Dentists hailing from the University of Southern California. All three take great pride in their skills and have gained reputations as performing high quality dentistry. Verock’s oldest brother is a pain management specialist in Fresno who completed all his fellowships at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. The support from a family of dentists and medical doctors greatly improves Verock’s depth of knowledge when diagnosing and providing care to patients who at times can have complex health histories.
We take pride in the care we give.
Dear Dr. Ky,
I am feeling fine, and looking forward to the remainder of care it will require to complete the implants.
I think your dental expertise is exceptional, my healing and well being is great! What a great doctor you are! Your compassion for people is remarkable, I appreciate your interest in me as a person and also my dental health.
Also, I would like to thank you for making it financially possible, and affordable for me to have this oral surgery done. I wish you continued success with your practice and your personal life.
See you on my next appointment and a note of appreciation to your staff!
Dear Dr. Ky,
Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon.com, said this: “If you do build a great experience, customers tell each other about that. Word of mouth is very powerful.” This letter is intended to tell of my great experiences at your practice.
I can honestly say that I’ve been visiting dental offices for over half a century; as far away as Korea and Germany – from New Jersey to California. I also teach in the Graduate School for Business at two nationally recognized universities. I say that in an attempt to qualify my remarks about your practice.
Benjamin Franklin made this comment famous, “Well done is better than well said!” Every time I have walked into your clinic I have always been greeted by name, by a friendly face, and in a concerned and caring manner. For me, and in the businesses I frequent, one of the most important qualifiers for my return visits is, “How was I treated?” Your front office staff does this well, naturally and effortlessly.
“Quality in a service or product is not what you put into it. It is what the client or customer gets out of it” (Peter Drucker). The back office interactions have totally exceeded my best expectations. Your hygienist is thorough, yet gentle; your assisting techs are courteous and responsive (they listen), and of course, you and your associate possess an encyclopedic synthesis in all things dental, spending time explaining it in terms that I can understand, and obviously have my best interest at heart.
“Customer satisfaction is worthless. Customer loyalty is priceless” (Jeffrey Gitomer). Suffice it to say is, “You have mine!”
